He is an experienced educator with over 33 years in the field. He has guided countless students, represented Kerala at national camps and seminars, and also edited a youth magazine. He is the National Vice President of the World Malayalee Federation. He holds degrees including B.Com, MBA, LLB, MA, and B.Ed.
